• Multi-language support
• Advertising content

3. User Eligibility

• The Game is intended for users of all ages
• Users under 13 require parental consent
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for any charges incurred through your device

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, modify, or reverse engineer the App
• Use offensive or inappropriate nicknames
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Game

All content in Cat 2048, including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, code, and game mechanics, are owned by Novabites or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3 User-Generated Content

Any content you create (such as nicknames or scores) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use, store, and display it within the Game.

7. Advertising

• The Game displays advertisements from third-party providers
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads
• Clicking on ads may redirect you to external websites
• Ad revenue helps us maintain and improve the Game

• We strive to maintain Game availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime

• Upon termination, you must stop using the Game
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chile, except where prohibited by local law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
